Participants will learn the signs and symptoms of these mental health problems, where and how to get help and what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective.

Dates: Saturday 18 & 25 March (2 days)
Location: Sydney Presbytery Office, 37 St Johns Rd, Glebe (parking available on-site)
Cost: $150 per person (Congregations/agencies may want to cover this)
